WATCH --OUT...!! This is the worst company ever for roofing. I got my roof completed by Wallace Lott General Contractor,LLC ., in November 2011, in the Mesquite,Texas area... After several attempts to call the business number, of which nobody ever answered from 01/26/2015 thru 01/29/2015. I had my mortgage company email me a copy of the check and paperwork. I finally found Mr. Don Lott cell number on the paperwork on 02/02/2015. I called to explain to Mr. Lott that some shingles had blow off. He tried telling me it was storms. We really hadn't had bad enough storm. Most importantly, the shingles should not be coming off in 3 years. He got upset with me, because I stated I wasn't paying anything extra, that they should warranty their work and products longer. He tried to do the bouncing ball act and bounce the blame back to me. He further stated "with my attitude he wasn't coming out to fix anything" I was just simply stating I wasn't paying extra after paying $4,161.64 , for the HORRIBLE work.!!!!!!!!!! He hung the phone up in my face... Blind-sided Customer- Mesquite,Texas
